This course is aimed at optometrists and qualified and/or experienced optical dispensers who wish to learn troubleshooting cases they will face in practice. They will learn how to identify potential issues, the causes and how to resolve them. Modules include identifying complex prescriptions, solving prescribing and dispensing issues, patient management and grand rounds. Approved CPD have been applied for. Please note this program will not run in 2021.
